Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

• Same-day window: You may request a cancellation on the same day the order is placed. If the request reaches us after we have already informed vendors/partners and processing has begun, we may be unable to cancel.
• Defective or damaged deliverables: If any deliverable is received damaged/defective, notify our Customer Service team the same day. We will verify with the merchant/partner and proceed with the appropriate resolution.
• Not as described or not meeting expectations: If the output appears inconsistent with what was shown or agreed, please contact Customer Service within the same day of receipt. After review, we will determine the most suitable remedy.
• Manufacturer/issuer warranties: Where a product or service component carries a third-party warranty, please refer your claim to the respective manufacturer/issuer as applicable.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved by VINSTREAK CONSULTING FZC, please allow 6–8 business days for the amount to be credited to the original payment method of the end customer.
